The role requires an efficient, results-driven Corporate Concierge with good conflict mediation skills. Through their previous experience, they would have demonstrated the ability to enhance the customer or resident experience. The Concierge is also responsible for: responding to inquiries; coordinating parcel deliveries; booking travel arrangements; ensuring contractors, tenants and guests comply with site regulations; assisting with health & safety and site audits; attending community meetings and events.
If you have graduated from a Property or Hotel Management program, and possess 2 years of experience as a concierge or in a similar capacity, then look no further! Only those with relevant skills and a strong service etiquette will be considered for this role.
